At Champagne-Street we use DPD in UK or Chronopost in France as our regular carriers, when we are sourcing or abroad we use other responsible and reliable delivery services and are committed to your delivery arriving on time.  All orders placed the same day are shipping before 4pm (this excludes holiday and weekends).  Each order is securely packaged so as not to spoil the precious design or the precious cargo.  As soon as it leave our offices you will receive a tracking number to locate it easily.

A flat rate is charged for any single bottles leaving us to a mainland uk address.  If the order comes in at over £70 then we provide a FREE delivery. 
 

Signing​
When your delivery lands to its destination an over 18 year old signature will be required and insurance is included on all deliveries so you can rest whilst its on its way.​

Next Day Express Delivery
Next-day delivery is available for all UK Mainland orders (excluding the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland) placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the 4pm cut-off will be processed and dispatched the next working day (Mon to Fri).

Weekday Deliveries
Delivery hours are differing on your area and address type.

Residential deliveries are usually 7am to 10pm and business addresses are 9am to 6pm.

Next day (Weekday) orders placed on a Friday before 4pm will be delivered the following Monday.
 

Weekend
Orders placed over the weekend using a next-day express delivery service will be processed on Monday, with your delivery on Tuesday.

Weekend delivery is available by selecting either the Saturday or Sunday option through our “Select a Day” delivery service.

An additional charge of £5.99 applies to weekend deliveries, as this is a premium service offered by DPD.

These are difficult sometimes but we have a logistical department which transports back n forth to some areas, if you need a hand to where you are, kindly let us know and we will do what we can to provide some assistance.

 
Guarantee of Delivery Time
Please note that we are unable to guarantee the punctuality of services provided by our delivery partners, particularly during periods of severe weather or other disruptions. If your shipment is delivered unacceptably late 4 DAYS PLUS WE SUGGEST after having been collected from us on time, we will make every effort to secure a refund where appropriate.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR CARGO
We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, damage can occasionally occur in transit.

If your parcel shows clear signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery

we ask that you refuse the parcel and request that the courier returns it to sender.
We kindly ask that for delivery issues or damages please inform us within 14 days of receipt. Failure to report and provide appropriate documentation (e.g. photos, proof of delivery) within this period may result in forfeiting your right to a remedy, refund, or replacement.
