  1. By placing an order with Champagne Street you are confirming that you are 18 or older. It is illegal for u

  2. If you are unsatisfied with any of the items in your order or any part of the delivery service from Champagne-Street please contact us by email asap.

  3. When you give Champagne-Street your credit or debit card details you are confirming that you are either the card holder, or that you have permission from the card holder to use the card for the purpose of ordering wine and our artisan designs.

  4. Payment will be taken from your card as soon as you have placed your order.

  5. We do not hold your payment details from any previous orders. Therefore, every purchase at Champagne-Street.co.uk shall require new payment details entered.

  6. If you order the wine and some of the products are out of stock we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another arrangement for the completion of your order.

  7. We do not have a minimum order price. 

  8. In the case of requesting for a special purchase or an event or one that requires personalised international travel please email us and get in touch as soon as you know the brand and amount you require you can contact us by email here

  9. We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfil for any reason. If your order is cancelled we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid us for that order.

  10. We don’t deliver to Ireland, or some areas of Scotland including the Highlands and Islands. Next business day delivery is available by DPD deliveries for orders placed under 12noon Mon-Fri. Orders made after that time will be dispatched next business day. We have put together a dedicated page for Delivery and Returns, please refer to it for any relevant information

  11. We aim to meet all delivery dates on as best we can basis. On the off chance your order goes missing, or we are advised by our courier that it couldn’t be delivered, we will need to investigate so please be sure you have knowledge of your product from us.

  12. If we are unable to dispatch replacement goods within 7 days we will offer you a full refund. For these purposes, delivery takes place when products are left at your delivery address or with someone else in accordance with your instructions.

  13. For your own safety we reserve the right to contact your card issuer for the purposes of carrying out security checks.

  14. Any promotions, discounts or vouchers are single use only and not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or voucher unless otherwise stated.

  15. Products offered by us are displayed on our website in 'real time'. This is to say that any product may be withdrawn from offer without notice.

  16. As an online boutique retailer we are governed by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. However, wine is a natural perishable food product, so the regulations relating to the return of unwanted goods do not directly apply to us. We do not offer returns or refunds for wine that’s not damaged or not faulty.

  17. Orders can be cancelled any time up until the moment that they are dispatched. This is normally around 12noon on a business day before your delivery day.

  18. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, and any orders placed thereunder, the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction over them.
